Phase-1 of AP Capital in Thullur and Mangalgiri.

The first phase of "People's Capital" would come up in 30,000 acres in the two Mandals. The committee identified 17 villages - 14 villages in Tullur and 3 villages- of Guntur district. The most of the villages that are identified are located on the banks of river Krishna.

Government is contemplating to return developed plots of 1,000 square yard per acre to farmers within 9 months from the date of pooling being completed.
